Right of withdrawal — information for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the conditions below. A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a transaction predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:
- we have begun performance with your express prior consent; and
- you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (i.e. once the download or access to the digital manual is provided).
This consent and acknowledgement are obtained during checkout where required by law. If you do not give the required consent, we will not provide immediate access before the withdrawal period ends.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or other categories excluded by applicable law.
Statutory warranty and defective downloads
Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming digital content remain unaffected. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its product description, contact us with your order number. We will seek to provide a replacement download or other remedy in line with applicable law.
